FAQ

How long does a penetration test take?

The duration depends on the scope, the number of systems being tested, their complexity and the selected testing model.
After an initial consultation and assessment of the environment, we provide a proposed project schedule.

Can the tests be carried out remotely?

Yes. Most of our projects are carried out remotely.
Testing can also be performed at the client’s premises or using equipment supplied by CyberST.

Can testing disrupt the operation of the system?

Testing is carried out in a controlled manner, in accordance with the previously agreed scope and rules.
Potentially risky activities are discussed before they are performed. Whenever possible, we recommend using a test environment.

What will we receive after the testing is completed?

The client receives a technical report, an Executive Summary, a risk assessment and remediation recommendations.
The results are discussed during a summary meeting.

Do you provide support after vulnerabilities are identified?

We explain the findings, answer questions from technical teams and help correctly interpret our recommendations.
Once the necessary changes have been implemented, we can perform a retest to confirm the effectiveness of the fixes.

Don’t wait until a vulnerability is exploited
